If you saw my White Chocolate Ganache post then this is basically the 2.0 cute-springy version of that. So easy. So fancy. So yum. If you're like me and you don't typically like frosting but you do like chocolate and you also like strawberries... then you should go ahead and just try this frosting. See if it changes your life. I'm not claiming that it will but it very well might make you realize that maybe the reason you thought you didn't like frosting is because you never had good frosting. Maybe. Idk. You try it and let me know. Really. Call me out. Tell me I was wrong and that you hate it. But also, can you tell me if you love it? okay, Let's do it...

I made a similar dressing on the blog before but this one is totally Whole 30 compliant. So here's a simple dressing to make ahead and use on top of salad or as a marinade for meats. Try it and tell me what you think. Let's made Chipotle Dressing together...
This dinner as so insanely easy to make especially if you keep some of my seasoning mixes on hand. I was amazed at how much Jeremy loved this chicken. Probably serving it over a sweet potato is what sold it so well for him. But, if you don't love sweet potatoes like me, then you can serve this in a salad or just next to some veggies. The very best part about this recipe is that it is made in the crock pot or the instant pot. I've made a non-whole 30 version of this recipe using pork before which is also good buuuut this one has no additives or sweeteners. So give it a try. Let's make chipotle chicken together...
This quiche is brought to you by Jeremy. He asked me to make a recipe for someone he works with. I make quiche from time to time but never have written down what I've done. The fun thing about quiche is that you can make it your own. If you don't like mushrooms then leave them out, if you love spinach then add some in. It's super easy. When I finished making this I brought it to him and had it in a container that he could bring to work so they could try, but after he tasted it he said he wanted it for himself. lol. So if any of you NBC people happen to read this, I fully intended on feeding yall this... blame Jeremy. But now we can make it together, lets make quiche...
These cutie little cuppy-cakes are fluffy and light and just the right amount of strawberry. Baking was so chaotic, but it was worth it. I was doing laundry at my parent's house, baking these cupcakes, testing another cupcake recipe, and making two kinds of frosting. I spent way longer there than I originally planned.
If you're looking for decadence, you've found it. This frosting is filled with melted white chocolate and heavy whipping cream. The plus is that it's as easy as it is delicious. Shall we? Let's make some frosting together...
One time, Macie and Preslee and I made this bread into two giant rainbow loaves. You know, cause they're little girls and and the jump at the chance to use food coloring. My hands were pink for three days after that. This is much less exciting than that. But still just as yummy. Fill these squishy-soft loaves with meatballs and cheese or just your go-to sandwich stuff. Either way, let's make french bread rolls...
These Blondies really surprised me. I was just experimenting and then I took a bite. It was the most satisfying amount of crunch from the top being crinkled and the middle being nice and chewy with the variety of dried fruit, it just made me want to keep taking another bite and another and another. Plus, anything that can be made in just one bowl, or pot, is a win.
I seriously doubt that anyone likes brownies more than me. I want them nearly every moment. Yum. Especially when they're from the fridge. Yes. Cold brownies. Please. You know the sad part? I only ate ONE BITE of these brownies. I sent the rest with Jeremy...It was a mistake. I don't know what I was thinking. They're goooood. Especially if you like chocolate. And caramel. And coffee. TBH the coffee flavor in the caramel is kind of great. It's subtle and then the flavor stays in your mouth on top of the chocolate. Let's make some very decadent brownies together...
Pizza sauce is soooooo simple. In my opinion, it shouldn't be a complex sauce like marinara that you'd cover pasta in. What do you say? Let's make pizza sauce together...
My mouth is watering. This is mine and Jeremy's favorite homemade pizza. Jeremy and I made Cast Iron pizza on our honeymoon and loved it. So we’ve experimented over and over and we’ve finally reached this pizza. It's authentic Italian style. It's not truly authentic of course, I don't have a wood burning pizza oven or Italian water in my dough, but it's a rather close alternative. The crust isn't thin or thick but perfectly crispy and chewy. YUM Let's make pizza together...
If you haven’t watched The Great British Baking show I don’t know if I can really trust you with anything. You’re making bad choices. It’s such a fun show to watch. For me and Jeremy it typically results in baking together, which I highly recommend. That’s how these came about. On an episode Jeremy and I were watching recently they had to make these “millionaire” shortbread bars. They all put different kinds of caramels and flavors in them. Watching them cut their perfect little chocolatey-caramely-shortbread bars over and over again made our mouths water. So, the next day I set out to make some too. And here they are. Now you can make them with your honey too. Let’s make some chocolate caramel shortbread bars together...
we’re starting with the shortbread. You’ll need 2 c Flour,1c room temperature Butter, 2t baking Powder, 1/2 t salt, and 1/2 c sugar Honestly, I didn't think Babka looked very yum in photos. I just wanted to make it because of Seinfeld. But, now that I've had it all the photos make me drool. The bread is so squishy and buttery, and the chocolate is so thick and soft and has a good bite to it. You just wanna keep putting it in your mouth. Come on, let's make Babka together...
the more smoothies I eat, the more I realize how much I love veggies in smoothies. I also realized that the color of the smoothie really affects how much I like it. Sounds lame. But it’s true. This smoothie started off tasting great but it was a muted brown... so I felt like I couldn’t drink it haha. So I added a little roasted beet and now it’s beautiful and yum. Let’s make a smoothie together...
I really feel like I’ve tried a lot of cinnamon rolls. These are my favorite. They’re the right amount of chewy and stretchy and yummy and full of buttery-cinnamon-goodness, oh and the cream cheese frosting YES. I love them so much. So so much.
Let’s make cinnamon rolls together... Yum. This cake would be the perfect pairing with some afternoon tea. The cake itself is soft and spongy with a delicously crispy crust. The glaze is perfectly tart and sweet, cute and pink with perfect speckles of poppy seeds. Even if you don't like grapefruit... chances are you'll still like this. Winter is citrus season, so get off your bum and let's make this bundt cake together...
for Christmas I got a cute lil ninja blender with the personal sized blender cups. So obviously I’ve been making smoothies like crazy. This one came about because my sister, Mary loves all things orange creamsicle. But I wanted it to have nutrients too... and not just be yogurt and orange juice. Sooo let’s make a smoothie together.
I’ve always loved chicken pot pie. I thought Costco’s was my favorite. Until I lived with my sister in Utah for wife training (jk. Kind of) and she made HER chicken pot pie. It was soooo good. For our wedding she gave me a recipe box with a bunch of her recipes in it and this was included. But one time I was making it and I didn’t have any potatoes... but I did have frozen seasoned French fries lol. So I cut them up and put them it. And now It’s our new favorite. Like really. Jeremy asked me to make chicken pot pie and I told him I already had potatoes, but he went to the store anyway specifically to get French fries. So, let’s make chicken pot pie.
My nanny family had some soup similar to this in their fridge and when I tried it I wanted that bowl to be endless. So, Literally that week I went to the store and got stuff to try and make a similar soup to share with ya'll. It's creamy, it's flavorful, it's got bursts of sweet freshness from the corn, and a bit of spice from the peppers. Overall, it's a million percent my recommendation for this current cold and rainy weather. So, let's make soup together. Jeremy loves loves loves chocolate chip cookies. Every time I make them I have to hide them so he won’t eat them all in one sitting.
Let's make chocolate chip cookies together... If you know me, you know I do not like sugar cookies. But these chewy vanilla bean sugar cookies... I'm into. Plus it's so fun because they're rolled in sugar so you can roll them in colored sugar and customize them for the Holiday or season. Such an easy way to have cute theme coordinated cookies.
Let's make sugar cookies together... Triple chocolate, chewy and a crumble of peppermint. Jeremy ate one and literally said "forget apple pie". So, Let's make cookies together...
Pumpkin Pie is so classically fall. It's even better when it's topped with cinnamon whipped cream...
Jeremy and I get so excited when the weather gets cooler and we can make this chili. Every time we’ve made this, we make it together. It’s so fun. And so YUM. He was so sad that this time I had to make it without him... but he still got to eat it with me, so that’s the important part. Lol. Let’s make Dead Guy chili together...
Fall is for comfort food. This is that. If you don’t like Mac and cheese, I don’t know how to help you. It’s so creamy and warm. And we loaded ours with crispy bacon, Ritz crumbs and fresh pepper slices (thanks Ms. Millie). I wanna make it again rn looking at all these photos. Yum. Let’s make Mac and cheese together...
