Jeremy loves loves loves chocolate chip cookies. Every time I make them I have to hide them so he won’t eat them all in one sitting. Let's make chocolate chip cookies together... In a medium sized bowl pour 2 1/4 cups flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt whisk and set aside in a larger bowl put 1 cup (2 sticks) room temperature unsalted butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar beat it crack in one egg and beat crack in another egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat again mix in your flour mixture in three additions now for chocolate- use your favorite. I go with dark chocolate or semi-sweet. This time I’m using dark. You’ll need two cups stir them in with a spatula Prep a baking sheet. Silicon baking mats are amazing. No sticking ever. No “oh crap I’m out of spray + parchment paper” dollop on Tablespoon sized balls. I use a literal tablespoon and use the back of another to scoot it off so my hands don’t have to get messy. I bake them at 350° for exactly 9 minutes every single time. Take them out when they still look undone in the center. let them cool for 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet then move to a wire rack to cool completely *** I did not create this recipe! It's just the recipe on the back of Nestle Chocolate Chips. I'm merely providing Step by Step photos to go along with instructions.***
