the more smoothies I eat, the more I realize how much I love veggies in smoothies. I also realized that the color of the smoothie really affects how much I like it. Sounds lame. But it’s true. This smoothie started off tasting great but it was a muted brown... so I felt like I couldn’t drink it haha. So I added a little roasted beet and now it’s beautiful and yum. Let’s make a smoothie together... 1 mango, frozen
10 raspberries, fresh 1/2 a zucchini, fresh 1/4 Red Beet, roasted, peeled, and frozen Blend until smooth. If you like your smoothies thinner just add some water or juice of choice.
