Oh, these cookies are RICH. They are so insanely chocolatey, addictively chewy, and they have a nice little crunch from the cookie crumbles in the white chocolate chunks. If you're a chocolate fan, these are your cookies. Let’s make some chunky chocolate cookies together... In a medium bowl combine 2 cups of flour, 3/4 cups cocoa powder, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt. Whisk together. In a mixer bowl combine 1 cup soft butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 1/2 cups sugar on medium speed. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix again Slowly mix in the dry ingredients Unwrap some fun size cookies and cream bars. Chop them into their little squares. (you can use the big bars if you'd like but you'll probably have to cute each piece in half.) ugh they're just so cute. okay, now stir them into the cookie dough Scoop the dough into giant rounds, I used an ice cream scoop but a 1/4 cup measuring cup should do as well. Refrigerate them for 15 minutes while the oven preheats to 350 Bake 6 at a time, leaving plenty of room for spreading, for 12 minutes. Let them cool on the pan for 10 minutes. Eat them warm or room temperature. Let me know if you make this recipe by taking a photo and tagging me @MartinezMade_ on Instagram or use the Hashtag #MartinezMade.
