The real story is that I made these for Preslee because she absolutely loves Reese's and really just peanut butter in general. But after I made them she wouldn't even try them. But that's probably because she's 2 and doesn't know what's good (also she was sick so that's probably the real reason... poor girl) I still love her though and these cookies are still lovely even if she won't acknowledge them. They're chocolatey, chewy and gooey and fulllll of peanut-buttery goodness. Let's make some Peanut Butter Bomb cookies together... Okay in a small bowl scoop 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter and 3 Tbsp powdered sugar Stir it completely together dollop the peanut butter in tsp sized scoops onto a lined cookie sheet. I used the babiest one alive. Freeze them while we make the dough. in a small bowl mix together your dry ingredients: 1 cup flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp baking powder in a mixer bowl beat together 1/2 cup soft butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 3/4 cup sugar. Mix in 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla Mix in the dry ingredients Scoop out Tbsp sized rounds of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet Press them flat in the center using your fingers Place the frozen peanut butter in the center of each. Wrap the dough around the peanut butter. Work quickly before the peanut butter melts Place them in the fridge to chill while the oven heats up to 350 Bake 12 at a time for 9 minutes Let them cool on the cookie sheet So gooey.
